Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
We partner with premium international carriers to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days.
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance processes, holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order
We believe in full transparency. Every single order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our customers in the United States, Canada, and Europe, major customs charges are rarely incurred for individual consumer orders. However, Gamaros™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Missing or Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address information provided by the buyer.
